The Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) announced that Caitie LeClere has joined as their new Chief of Staff. CMF is a nonprofit organization that helps Congress work better by training members and staff. LeClere has lots of experience working in government. She started her career in New Mexico helping local government, then worked for 8 years on Capitol Hill with Senator Martin Heinrich. After that, she worked at Meta (Facebook) and a private foundation before joining CMF. In her new job, she will help CMF run better and support their mission to make Congress more effective.
