The Jessie Ball duPont Fund announced two new leadership hires to strengthen their work supporting communities. Elle Hempen joins as Vice President of Programs and will lead the team that gives grants and builds partnerships. Carmen Warner becomes Senior Financial Analyst, bringing nearly 20 years of financial experience including 11 years with the Alfred I. duPont Charitable Trust.
