2025 Civic Institute - Building Better Communities

Join civic leaders from across Alabama for a full day of learning and discussion about building stronger communities. This special event celebrates the 20th anniversary of the David Mathews Center. You'll hear from lawmakers, community leaders, and young professionals about what's working in Alabama communities. Topics include solving tough problems, citizen engagement, and working together across differences. All participants get a free copy of the book 'Together: Building Better Communities' and other resources. Breakfast and lunch are included.
