Crisis Text Line - Free 24/7 Crisis Counseling in Spanish
Crisis Text Line helps people who are going through tough times. You can text them for free when you feel sad, worried, scared, or need someone to talk to. A trained volunteer will text back and help you feel better. They help with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, money stress, and other hard situations. You can text them any time, day or night. All conversations are private and safe. To get help, text AYUDA to 741741 from anywhere in the United States.

Free weekly meetings where men and women can make new friends and help each other with stress, relationships, and staying healthy. Men meet on Wednesdays and women meet on Fridays in a safe, welcoming place.
