The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline provides free mental health support in Spanish 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You can call, text, or chat online with trained counselors who help with mental health problems, emotional distress, alcohol or drug concerns, or when you just need someone to talk to. All conversations are private and confidential. The service helps people in crisis and also supports friends and family members who want to help someone they care about.
A free 24/7 crisis support service for anyone having thoughts of suicide or going through a mental health crisis. You can call, text, or chat with trained counselors who will listen without judgment. You don't have to be suicidal to use this service - they help with depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship problems, loneliness, and other life challenges. Services are available in English and Spanish, with special options for veterans and deaf/hard of hearing people.
The 988 Lifeline offers crisis support specially made for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. You can get help through videophone, online chat, or text messages. Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to listen and help you through tough times. The service is free and private. You can also make a safety plan to help you stay safe during hard times. Veterans who are deaf or hard of hearing can use special text and chat services too.
This workshop teaches you 12 steps to think clearly and avoid bad ideas that might hurt you. CIRCE will come to your school or group to teach these helpful thinking skills.
These special dance and movement classes help people of all ages stay healthy in their body and mind. You can move however feels good to music - there are no wrong moves! The classes are especially helpful for people with brain conditions and help everyone with balance and staying sharp.
