Communities Foundation of Texas helps people plan how to give money and property to charity when they die. They work with you and your lawyers to set up wills, trusts, and other ways to donate. You can choose to give a specific amount of money, property like your house, or part of your estate. They also help set up special trusts that can give you income while you're alive and then give money to charity later. This service helps you take care of your family and support causes you care about at the same time.
