The Learning Lab teaches leaders how to solve problems when people disagree strongly. They offer training classes and consulting help for businesses, nonprofits, government offices, schools, and community groups. Leaders learn skills to bring people together, reduce conflict, and find solutions everyone can agree on. They provide both online learning and in-person help. The training covers understanding why people fight, how to bridge differences, and how to run meetings where everyone works together. They also help design and run problem-solving sessions for organizations facing tough issues.

The Convergence Learning Lab helps business leaders solve workplace conflicts and work better with different groups of people. They teach skills to bring teams together, break down barriers between departments, and build trust with customers and partners. Their training shows leaders how to understand why conflicts happen and how to solve them. They also provide consulting to design custom solutions for specific business problems. Services can be one-time training sessions or ongoing support.

There's also a 13-week group option with live sessions every other week. Designed for leaders in education, government, business, and community groups. You can add one-on-one coaching for extra help.
Philanthropy New York helps foundation and nonprofit leaders learn about racial equity and change their organizations. They offer group learning programs, peer working groups, and trust-based philanthropy training. Members can join cohorts that meet regularly to learn together and get tools to make their organizations more fair and equitable.
