This training program helps workplace leaders learn better communication and conflict resolution skills. It offers two different certificate programs - one for new leaders just starting out and another for experienced managers. The training teaches leaders how to handle tough workplace issues like politics, remote work, and diversity challenges. Leaders learn to turn these challenges into opportunities to build a positive workplace where people feel valued and productive. The program gives 8 credit hours for HR certification. West Coast Resolution Group offers free monthly seminars for lawyers to earn continuing education credits. Each seminar gives 1 MCLE credit and teaches about mediation and conflict resolution. The workshops are virtual and cover topics like neighborhood disputes, bias in negotiations, and other legal issues. Lawyers can complete their required education hours while learning practical skills. The seminars run for 1 hour during lunchtime and include expert speakers and discussion.
Free help to solve conflicts between people without going to court. A trained neutral person helps you and the other person talk through problems and find solutions you both agree on. They help with landlord-tenant issues, family problems, neighbor disputes, workplace conflicts, and business disagreements. The mediator doesn't take sides or make decisions - they just help you communicate better. Sessions happen in person or online Monday through Friday. Most people (75-80%) reach agreements. You must live or have a business in San Diego County to qualify.

This saves time and money compared to court cases. You have more control over how your problem gets solved. Two types available: free or low-cost community mediation for small claims cases, and private mediation with experienced professionals for more complex cases.
NCRC offers training workshops to help schools handle conflicts better. They teach school board members, principals, teachers, and students how to communicate respectfully and solve problems peacefully. The training covers inclusive communication, handling disagreements, building strong teams, and restorative practices. These programs help reduce suspensions and create a more positive school environment. NCRC has over 40 years of experience and creates custom training plans for each school district's needs.
Philanthropy New York helps foundation and nonprofit leaders learn about racial equity and change their organizations. They offer group learning programs, peer working groups, and trust-based philanthropy training. Members can join cohorts that meet regularly to learn together and get tools to make their organizations more fair and equitable. They also provide resources, recorded programs, and help connect members with racial equity consultants and training organizations.
This program teaches people who help others with money how to guide their clients in giving to charities. The training shows advisors how to help people find good causes they care about and give money in ways that save on taxes.
A little simplification would be the first step toward rational living, I think.
